Technical and Application Support Agent

Reporting to the team leader, sales support, you will be working in collaboration with a team of sales representatives and several business units to support our clientele (employers and recruiting agencies).
- Managing incoming calls and emails;
- Providing proper follow up of customer’s requests and escalate if necessary;
- Publishing customer orders and packages online;
- Reviewing and coordinating activation of customer package purchases;
- Coordinating and scheduling Web campaign deliveries;
- Validating mass mailings in accordance with our quality standards;
- Managing our in-house tools;
- Performing any other related duties.
Skills & competencies:
- Bilingual – written & spoken (French & English);
- Good team spirit and organization skills;
- Resourceful, flexible and have a great ability for learning;
- Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks at once;
- Able to manage change;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Knowledge of Photoshop;
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel);
- Knowledge of HTML and Dreamweaver will be considered an asset;
- Being familiar with Zendesk will be considered an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of the Web and social Medias (as a user);
- Good problem-solving skills (1st level Web-based and technical issues).
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in technical support customer service;
- Good communication skills;
- College degree.
