Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Longueuil, Canada – March 18, 2009: Mediagrif Interactive Technologies Inc. ("Mediagrif" or the "Corporation") (TSX: MDF), a world-leading developer of e-business networks and provider of complete B2B e-business solutions, today announced that Catherine Allard has decided to resign as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, effective April 17, 2009. Mrs. Allard has been a key member of the Corporation's executive management team for close to three years. Under her guidance, the Corporation developed a first-rate financial and operating infrastructure. Suzanne Mercier, Mediagrif's current corporate controller, will take over as Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Mercier is a chartered accountant and has over 20 years of experience in tax and accounting. Mrs. Mercier, who has been with the Corporation since January 2008, was instrumental in Mediagrif's recent restructuring efforts aimed at solidifying its path to growth and increased profitability.
